We’re bringing a scalable and sophisticated software to a pillar of the US economy that still relies on fax machines and manila envelopes

As a Senior Product Manager at Snapdocs you will own the strategic product goals for our Lender Experience platform. That means coming in and rolling up your sleeves to identify the key problems we should solve, getting feedback from key stakeholders, planning a roadmap, and working with Design & Engineering to bring your innovative solutions to life. You will also leverage your proven leadership, communication and execution skills to drive impactful and continuous progress throughout the company and product organization. You will work cross functionally while keeping key stakeholders informed while translating business goals into outcomes and delivering a strategy via incremental releases in an agile environment. Lastly, you will become the subject matter expert and develop a deep empathy for our users and the challenges they face in order to create experiences that solve real pain points.
We are looking for a well-seasoned, talented IC Product Leader with at least 5+ years of experience who has worked on multi-faceted products. We need someone who can take a high level business or product objective and build out a compelling roadmap and high quality solutions that make a meaningful difference in our users lives. You have a reputation for being a high performing, creative problem solver with a passion for innovation and a track record for delivering high quality and timely results. Empathy and curiosity are among your north star values paired with the knowledge of how to gather and synthesize customer needs. Lastly, you have excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade, communicate the vision and motivate people at every level.
Colorado applicants: This role pays $130,000-$174,000 annually plus equity in the company (pay for other locations may vary).
