We are looking for a dynamic Senior Recruiter to join our people team. As a Recruiter, you will have the unique opportunity to shape, mold, and impact how fast we grow, the way we’re viewed, and the candidate experience.

This role will specifically be focused on sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding for our engineering teams. The engineers at Cribl build and ship software that allows our users to extract value out of all their machine data. Learn more in our Engineering Manifesto authored by our CTO.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with and support our hiring managers as a talent advisor to help them identify talent needs, align on the role/skill sets, and build a hiring strategy.

  • Full-cycle recruiting: Source, select, sell and close amazing technical talent.

  • Manage hiring manager expectations and equip the interviewers to continually improve their interviewing capability.

  • Proactively review business needs and help leaders think holistically about talent solutions across the business.

  • Help build and manage talent brand externally.

  • Nurture future hires and build a strong pipeline for the future

  • Find qualified diverse talent for our open roles via sourcing, job posts, and referrals

  • Screen candidates to ensure their qualifications match the open roles

  • Ensure candidates have an excellent interview experience – regardless of outcome; negotiating salaries and ensuring follow up with for all interviewed candidates

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Technology startup environment recruiting and closing candidates with stock options.

  • 7-10 years of experience with full-lifecycle recruiting in-house and/or with an agency focused on the following functions and roles: Backend Engineering, Frontend Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product Management, Engineering Managers

  • Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates

  • Command of sourcing, leveraging social media and other on-line and innovative methods to build the company’s talent brand and interest passive candidates.

  • A strong track record of closing requisitions with quick turnaround.

  • Expertise with recruiting platforms, employer branding sites, and hiring tools, including but not limited to: LinkedIn Recruiting, Greenhouse, Lever, BuiltIn, Glassdoor, Angelist

  • The ability to prioritize and multitask as well as excitement to roll up your sleeves and contribute to all parts of the Cribl’s recruiting process and People Ops team.  We are a lean team and wear many hats!

Bonus Points / Preferred Skills:

  • Passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Beginning to end Program Management experience.

  • Knowledgeable about sales hiring for enterprise tech companies.

  • General People Ops experience, including but not limited to HRBP experience, onboarding, learning and development, and people analytics.
