As a Senior HRBP, you will develop programs and integrated solutions to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflects our goals. You will report to the VP of People Operations.

You Will:

    • Be a coach and partner to managers and leaders in the organization, you’ll support all things people-related, such as performance management and coaching, employee relations, employee engagement, and DEIB
    • Gather insights and identify trends from feedback sessions, exit interviews, and turnover trends to better understand and recommend action plans for improvement
    • Conduct employee relations investigations, prepare documentation, and make appropriate recommendations
    • Partner with people managers to define and track progress against team Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
    • Facilitate presentations and training sessions

You Have:

    • 5+ years of relevant Human Resources experience and 2+ years as an HRBP
    • Project management and change management experience
    • Knowledgable in US employment law; federal and state-by-state
    • Passion for people, culture, process improvement, and able to provide a high-touch experience
    • Bachelor’s degree or HR certification (PHR/SPH/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus
    • Tech and startup experience is a plus
