AI Services – Solution Architect / Implementation Engineer

Location: HQ – Austin, TX or Remote

Job Duties:

  • Work closely with customers to deploy, test, and debug the AI Services product in client environments
  • Act as the technical lead during deployment projects. Ensure customer understanding of the product and guide the customer team to a successful implementation
  • Communicate to clients and delivery partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation
  • Review and advise on partner implementation plans
  • Coordinate multiple customer engagements simultaneously and work independently with customers
  • Coordinate with internal (SailPoint) project teams to implement AI Services in tandem with other initiatives
  • Work with AI Services product management and DevOps teams during implementations to improve the product and the implementation process
  • Perform (IIQ and IDN) customer health checks as part of environmental preparation for AI Services integrations
  • Assist customers with developing testing plans and remediation of findings during customer QA testing

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 2+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator
  • Experience with Identity and Access Management Solutions. Experience with SailPoint products (IdentityIQ and IdentityNow) preferred
  • Clear understanding of Identity Management concepts such as roles, access reviews, and access requests
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting techniques and effective use of documentation, online sources, testing, experimentation, and the knowledge of other technical professionals to solve problems
  • Administrator or implementer-level experience with cloud-based software packages
  • Experience with troubleshooting web services
  • Knowledge of SSL and certificates
  • Networking knowledge and exposure to application server clusters
  • Experience with role based access management (RBAC)
  • Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and partners
