Responsibilities

    • Manage key existing ISV’s, Agency and consulting partner’s to drive customer acquisition opportunities across the USA & Canada
    • Identify, recruit, sign and enable new Agency, ISV and SI/Consulting partners to drive customer acquisition opportunities in the US & Canada region
    • Cross-functionally lead, manage and develop the key partners in your territory
    • Provide input regarding strategic direction of Airship’s indirect channel strategy, including defining and/or refining the business model and participate in the development of the annual business plan
    • Strategically identify new partner opportunities, develop strategy to scale the types and numbers of Partners and indirect channel programs the Company develops. Develop and execute on plans to ensure the company meets the annual business plan
    • Act as an evangelist for the Company in the marketplace
    • Maintain proactive knowledge of the industry, assessing competitive landscape, and keep abreast of potential opportunities and trends to assure strong competitive industry position
    • Ability to craft and articulate a shared vision
    • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment – strong team player
    • Highly developed trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
    • Aptitude to understand and apply technical concepts with senior technical stakeholders
    • Proven ability to successfully meet critical deadlines

Experience

    • 3+ years of marketing technology SaaS sales experience with 1.5+ of those years with specific experience developing successful revenue-driving partnerships digital agencies, marketing technologies (integrations), or systems integrators (S/I partners)
    • Experience in mobile and messaging infrastructure a plus
    • Experience working with enterprise technology providers
    • Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders
    • Strong project management background and expertise
    • Must have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans to help support the Partner Marketing Manager
    • Customer focused and a partner advocate
    • Ability to craft and articulate a shared vision
    • Proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic environment – strong team player
    • Highly developed trouble-shooting and problem solving skills
    • Aptitude to understand and apply technical concepts with senior technical stakeholders

    • Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
