About the role:

Working hand in hand with our Head of Customer Experience, you will drive and deliver best in class service for our B2B clients.

  • You will lead a team of talented Customer Support Specialists (8 – 12  people)
  • You are a true people leader: from feedback discussions to personal development opportunities, you will inspire your team to reach their full potential.
  • You will drive team engagement and will be able to transport vision and strategy
  • You will actively deliver coaching and training sessions for your team
  • You will monitor KPIs while focusing on efficiency and quality
  • You will use customer knowledge and analytics and you will work in cross functional teams to drive CX improvements
  • You will work on various CX projects

Who we are looking for:

  • You have 1-5 years of experience in a similar leadership position
  • You have a proven track record of successfully leading customer facing team
  • You enjoy creating something new with impact and you are able to deal with change
  • You are data driven but also trust your gut feeling and solution oriented
  • You have strong communication and networking skills
  • You are able to create and continually support people throughout their personal development path
  • You are charismatic and lead with empathy
  • You are fluent in German and English, another language is a plus
