About the Team:

We’re looking for talented software engineering leaders to work with us on building a voice communication platform that enables teams to communicate with prospects and customers in real-time.

We’re very early on in this journey and are looking for Technical Leads to help us build an extensible platform that allows businesses to communicate with their audiences through call software, provide them with contextual information and insights, automate routine tasks, and decide what to act on next.

We want folks who are excited about answers to questions like: How can we make communication across many different channels feel seamless? How do we make the product resilient and fault tolerant? How can we build a complex product that’s also a joy to use?

We’re looking for individuals who:

  • Partner with their Product Manager and Product Designer to design, scope, and deliver solutions to help our customers manage and grow their businesses.
  • Manage a small team of engineers while still making individual contributions.
  • Foster an environment that encourages autonomy and psychological safety.
  • Understand the value of building a diverse team, and are champions and upstanders for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives.
  • Enjoy mentoring and coaching other team members in a psychologically safe way, while also being open to learning from them as well.
  • Are primarily happy spending their time writing JavaScript and TypeScript. We have a fantastic implementation of our Canvas design system, so engineers spend very little time writing custom CSS.
  • Have a customer-centric attitude.
  • Can think through problems with a “real-time” angle, as synchronous communication between our customers and their customers are always-on, and don’t follow a typical request/response model.
  • Can work with integrations with internal and external partners in call software field

We know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.
