THE CHALLENGE

At Eventbrite, people are our number one priority. Our goal of building the platform to power live events and experiences for millions globally relies on our strong foundation of people and culture. We are the face of Eventbrite, and responsible for finding, attracting, and bringing on the best of the best to drive Eventbrite’s business and award-winning culture forward. You’ll support both our global Talent Acquisition efforts by scheduling candidates and working with our hiring managers and interview panels across our global offices.

THE TEAM

Our Talent Acquisition team’s mission is to build pipelines of talent and efficiently hire new Britelings through relationships, influence, branding, and experiences. We have a tight-knit, quick-moving, and fun-loving team of Talent Managers who seek out the best talent for Eventbrite. We believe talent acquisition should be a company-wide effort, that candidate experience comes first, and that hiring should be based on relationships and not transactions.

THE ROLE

We are currently hiring a Technical Sourcer for a 12-month contract here at Eventbrite. As a Talent Technical Sourcer, you’re the anchor for our Talent Acquisition team. You’ll support both Recruiters and Hiring Managers in attracting and creating a strong pipeline of diverse passive candidates in Europe. Your sourcing skills will play an integral role in helping us build leading-edge engineering and product teams.

THE SKILL SET

  • 2+ years of technical sourcing experience in a fast paced environment focused on EPD roles (Engineering, Product and Design).
  • Proven track record of leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify untapped high caliber talent
  • Ability to research and analyze market intelligence to educate Recruiters and Hiring teams on the talent landscape
  • Experience tracking funnel metrics and data to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Demonstrable record of creating compelling outreach messages for drip campaigns
  • Ability to create future talent pools by building relationships with candidates and keeping candidates warm for future opportunities
