Powering millions of closings a year, Snapdocs is leading the charge to modernize, streamline, and improve the mortgage process for lenders, borrowers, and settlement.

Our User Operations Support team will support the users of our technology (including notaries and other mortgage industry pros). By engaging directly and in a hands-on way with our customers, you will help them get the most out of our product while gathering their feedback and sharing that super valuable data with the broader Snapdocs team. This position will have no direct reports to start but is expected to eventually have a small team under them in the future. Once that team is built up you will be expected to support them through mentoring, coaching, hosting 1:1’s etc. You will be the go to person for anything technical related regarding our customers so we expect you to be very tech savvy. Having a call center/technology background is a huge plus as is any experience with any CRMs or technology tools (we use Service Cloud, Zendesk, TalkDesk, Jira, HelpScout, Kustomer, etc).

Our ideal candidate also has 5 years of experience in an administrative role where you’ve had to advise clients and handle support queries with at least some team lead or direct management experience. Ideally 3+ years of direct people management experience in a technical support setting, working closely with technology, product, and engineering teams. You have excellent written and oral communication skills and you bring a positive attitude to everything you do. You’re a resourceful and self-starting team player, hungry to contribute to the company’s overall mission.

Colorado applicants: This role pays $65,000 – $75,000 annually plus participation in our equity plan (pay for other locations may vary).
