Overview
As the VP of Partnerships, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing S&D’s partner ecosystem. You’ll identify and secure high-value partnerships, nurture long-term relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure our partners help drive measurable growth. This role is designed for a leader who has an entrepreneurial mindset and will work closely with the GM and CEO of Mindr.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Developing and managing S&D’s partner ecosystem. Identify and secure high-value partnerships, nurture long-term relationships, and work cross-functionally to ensure our partners help drive measurable growth across portfolio. Details include:
- Define partnership measures of success, KPIs, and growth targets
- Identify priority partnership types (e.g., affiliates, therapy programs, software platforms)
- Create scalable approach and partner incentives
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential partners, emphasis on closure rather than volume of top of funnel contacts
- Negotiate and close agreements that maximize ROI
- Represent Mindr at industry events and forums to drive visibility and opportunity
- Manage day-to-day partner relationships, ensuring strong collaboration and results
- Launch co-branded campaigns, integrations, and activations with partners
- Monitor performance and optimize for growth
- Work closely with product, marketing, and ops to activate partnerships
- Work with product marketing to provide partners with tailored messaging, creative, and resources
- Share partner and market insights to inform go-to-market strategy
- Track revenue, CAC, LTV, and ROI from partnerships

- Near term emphasis on activating partners for Keepr sales, learning and testing the characteristics of partners that drive profitable customer acquisition and high LTV. Once partners are activated, working with partners to drive volume by analyzing results and testing creative/channel mixes to determine most impactful approach by partner
- Mid term emphasis on activating employer partners for RecenTHC adoption across multiple industries
- Partnering with Product Owner(s) and Finance to identify the optimal pricing approach and structure to each partnership
- Partnering with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure inventory and fulfillment model that optimizes the margin for Mindr and partner performance
- Collaborate and coordinate stakeholders and resources across the organization to ensure alignment, prioritization and delivery on time and budget.
- Ensure alignment with Keepr sales team to optimize sales.
- Produce tangible results in 2026 with line of sight into 2027 scale for Keepr and Keepr Drive (targest identified via budget process)
- Provide actionable and material feedback to Product Owner(s) to identify valuable and necessary enhancements for product(s)
- Lead efforts to grow sales via affiliate partnerships through new and existing channel development.
- Work with CEO and S&D leader to design and staff organization structure to support growing portfolio of partnerships

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
- Seven to ten years of experience in B2C sales or support environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business required; MBA preferred
