We’re looking for a Lifecycle Manager to help us optimize and grow the impact of email and related channels like chat and in-app messaging. Working with partners in product marketing, analytics, sales, and customer success, you’ll help craft customer journeys that move people to take the right action at the right time.

What you’ll do:

    • Design and implement email + in-app campaigns and sequences, using a tech stack that includes HubSpot, Outreach, Gainsight, and Pendo
    • Partner with the go-to-market team to create customer journeys and assist their delivery by identifying target audiences, growing our email database, and creating use segmentations and dynamic content to deliver personalized messaging
    • Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results, and use analysis to iterate and establish best practices
    • Implement a practice of testing including elements like subject line, layout, call-to-action, and content
    • Manage a QA process for email communications
    • Maintain a clean, up-to-date database

What we value:

    • Prior hands-on experience building and executing campaigns in a marketing automation platform
    • Expertise in email best practices such as batch vs. triggered sends, segmentation, dynamic content, responsive design, and deliverability
    • A quantitative mindset
    • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
    • The ability to connect business goals with campaign objectives and a focus on driving results through those campaigns
    • Familiarity with HTML/CSS a plus
