Aurora is looking for mindful and strategic product managers who have a passion for delivering simple, useful, and delightful solutions to complex problems. This role will define and deliver our evolving offering in project pricing and financing, enabling our customers to model homeowner savings and financing options more accurately.

What you’ll do:

    • Set the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for your team
    • Prioritize solving problems that add customer value and deliver business results
    • Originate, collect, and synthesize product ideas from customers
    • Evangelize customer needs, problems, and feedback throughout the organization
    • Partner with your product team and cross-functional teams to deliver valuable and delightful user experiences
    • Develop metrics, systems, and processes to measure the effectiveness of the experiences and outcomes and iterating until goals are met
    • Guide a small team in achieving goals outside their comfort zone and influence company management
