Overview
The Data Warehouse Infrastructure (DWI) team is HubSpot’s backbone for data analysis, transformation, and access. We build intelligent data solutions, and the underlying AI-powered platform for HubSpotters, to securely and efficiently transform data into business growth
The Pipeline Management group within DWI owns the full data lifecycle: getting data in, moving it through transformation, and getting it back out to the systems and people that need it. Our four sub-teams – Ingestion, Orchestration, Egress, and Pipeline Reliability – operate as a connected system. As their PM, you’ll hold the thread across all of them.
In This Role You’ll Get To:
- Own the product strategy and roadmap across the full Pipeline Management group
- Partner closely with Engineering leads to move from ambiguous problem to shipped solution
- Drive alignment and build shared understanding across DWI and with cross-functional partners including Analytics Engineering, and internal business stakeholders
- Navigate real cost and infrastructure constraints – Snowflake spend, vendor transitions, legacy system migrations – with a clear sense of tradeoffs
- Champion the developer and data user experience, pushing for self-service capabilities that reduce friction and enable teams to move faster
- Use data to identify opportunities, set measurable goals, and iterate based on what you learn
- Shape a team culture that values reliability, transparency, and continuous improvement
We Are Looking For People Who Have:
- A track record of successfully shipping products in a technical or infrastructure domain
- Comfort with data infrastructure concepts – warehousing, pipelines, orchestration, data modeling – or a demonstrated ability to get up to speed quickly
- A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining technical depth with business judgment to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs
- The ability to manage a broad scope without losing clarity
- Strong communication and influencing skills, including with engineers, data practitioners, and senior stakeholders
- A drive to understand the needs of internal customers and genuinely solve for them
- The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate, often without perfect information
- Experience with Snowflake, dbt, or data pipeline tooling is welcome, but not required
